Returns & Exchanges
Physical Items (Finished Goods, Yarn, Kits):
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most physical items.

Digital Items (Crochet Patterns):
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads once purchased and downloaded, unless there is a demonstrable issue with the file itself that prevents its use.
Custom Orders:
Due to the extensive communication and verification process for custom orders all sales for these are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for custom order once paid in full.
Cancellations
